1. Agreement
By booking any machine from Ahlam Five Star Company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms govern all rental agreements between the customer and the company.
2. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the rental period or work.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the 50% deposit payment.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer to Al Rajhi Bank (IBAN: SA9080000525608010679799).
3. Rental Period
- Daily rental: 1 calendar day from the agreed start time.
- Weekly rental: 7 consecutive calendar days from the agreed start time.
- Monthly rental: 30 consecutive calendar days from the agreed start time.
- Extensions must be agreed and paid in advance.
4. Machine Use
- The machine must be used only for lawful construction or industrial purposes.
- The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible work site.
- The customer must not allow unauthorised persons to operate the machine.
- Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the customer.
5. Fuel & Consumables
Fuel and consumables are excluded from the rental price unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for fuel costs throughout the rental period.
6. Operator
An operator is included in the rental rate. The operator follows safety regulations and company instructions at all times. The customer may not direct the operator to perform unsafe activities.
7. Liability
- Ahlam Five Star Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, government regulations, or force majeure.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the rental.
- The customer is liable for any damage to the machine beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
