We understand that project timelines can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply when a customer needs to cancel or modify a confirmed booking with Ahlam Five Star Company.
The following cancellation schedule applies to all confirmed bookings:

| Less than 24 hours before start date | No refund | Full deposit retained |
We allow one free rescheduling per booking if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original start date. Rescheduled bookings are subject to machine availability. A second rescheduling request will be treated as a cancellation and the standard policy above applies.
In the rare event that Ahlam Five Star Company must cancel a confirmed booking due to mechanical failure, force majeure, or unforeseen operational reasons, the customer will receive a full refund of the deposit within 7 working days, or a priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
If the customer fails to provide site access or cancels on the day of delivery without prior written notice, the full deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
