Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We understand that project timelines can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply when a customer needs to cancel or modify a confirmed booking with Ahlam Five Star Company.

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

The following cancellation schedule applies to all confirmed bookings:

48 to 72 hours before start date	50% of deposit refunded	50% retention fee
24 to 48 hours before start date	25% of deposit refunded	75% retention fee
Less than 24 hours before start date	No refund	Full deposit retained

3. How to Cancel

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to FIVESTARKSA@OUTLOOK.COM.
• Cancellations via phone call alone will not be accepted as official cancellation.
• The cancellation date is determined by the time and date we receive the written request.

4. Rescheduling

We allow one free rescheduling per booking if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original start date. Rescheduled bookings are subject to machine availability. A second rescheduling request will be treated as a cancellation and the standard policy above applies.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Ahlam Five Star Company must cancel a confirmed booking due to mechanical failure, force majeure, or unforeseen operational reasons, the customer will receive a full refund of the deposit within 7 working days, or a priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to provide site access or cancels on the day of delivery without prior written notice, the full deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
