1. Service Overview
Ahlam Five Star Company provides physical heavy machinery rental services. Our primary product is the JCB 540-170 Telehandler, delivered directly to your job site in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
2. Delivery Process
- After booking confirmation and receipt of the 50% deposit, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details.
- Machine delivery is arranged for the date and time selected during booking.
- Delivery is made by our licensed transport team directly to the specified site address.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- We aim to deliver the machine within 24 hours of booking confirmation for local Madinah sites.
- Deliveries outside Madinah may require additional lead time. Our team will advise on exact timing.
- Delivery times may vary depending on site accessibility and weather conditions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure the site is accessible for machine delivery and operation.
- An authorised representative must be present at the site at the time of delivery.
- The customer must provide accurate site address information at the time of booking.
5. Service Area
We primarily serve Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and surrounding regions. For projects outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss availability and any applicable transport fees.
6. Delays
In the event of an unforeseen delay caused by mechanical, logistical, or weather factors, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.
